Step 1. Get a nice vpn such as (PureVPN, nVpn, RA4W VPN or any other Vpn that has static portforwarding system!)
Step 2. Open the port on the panel. (dont use like 443 or something do like some random 4 digit number like 2961 or something)
Step 3. Go on RAT and make builder with your IP + Port.
Step 4. Go to settings of your RAT and press "Start Listening".
Step 5. You're finished. Now test your stub on a VM to see if it actually connects to your RAT to see if it is working
